Terms & Conditions

1. Orders

When you place an order on our website, we may contact you by phone or message to confirm your details before we dispatch it. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or the information provided is incomplete or incorrect.

2. Prices

All prices are shown in Jordanian Dinar (JOD). Delivery fees are not included in the product price and are shown at checkout once you select your city. We may change prices at any time, but the price you see when you place your order is the price you pay.

3. Payment

Payment is cash on delivery. You pay the total amount shown at checkout to the courier when you receive your order.

4. Shipping & delivery

We deliver across Jordan. Delivery fees depend on your city:

• Amman: 2 JOD
• Irbid, Zarqa, Balqa, Mafraq, Jerash, Ajloun, Madaba, Karak, Tafilah, Ma'an and Aqaba: 3 JOD

Estimated delivery is 1–3 working days within Amman and 2–5 working days to other cities. These are estimates, not guarantees. Please make sure your phone number and address are correct so the courier can reach you.

5. Returns & exchanges

6. Products

We do our best to show our products accurately. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen, and small variations in fit or finish can occur. Please check the size options and product description before ordering.

7. Privacy

When you place an order we collect your name, phone number, address and city. We use this information only to process and deliver your order and to contact you about it. We don't sell your personal information to anyone. To ask us to correct or delete your information, contact us.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including logos, images, text and designs, belongs to DUKKAN and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page, with its "last updated" date, is the one that applies.
