Orders & payment
How do I place an order?
Choose your size and colour on the product page, add it to your cart, then go to checkout and enter your shipping details. We may contact you to confirm your order.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment is cash on delivery. You pay the courier when your order arrives.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it hasn't been dispatched. Message us on Instagram as soon as possible with your name and phone number.
Delivery
Where do you deliver?
We deliver across Jordan. You can choose your city at checkout: Amman, Irbid, Zarqa, Balqa, Mafraq, Jerash, Ajloun, Madaba, Karak, Tafilah, Ma'an or Aqaba.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is 2 JOD within Amman and 3 JOD to all other cities. The fee is added to your total at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Usually 1–3 working days within Amman and 2–5 working days to other cities.
Returns & exchange
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, within 7 days of receiving it, as long as it's unworn, unwashed and has its tags. See our Returns & Exchange page for the full details.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you.
Sizing & products
How do I choose my size?
Our sizes run from XS to XXL. Check the product description for the fit (for example boxy or oversized) and choose the size you prefer for that style.
Will the colours match the photos?
We do our best to show true colours, but they can look slightly different depending on your screen.
